Pukekohe SBR Tank Repairs

Project Description

Following completion of the SBR tank, leaks were found around the pipe penetrations. Initial injection repairs were fairly successful but more cracks formed and leaking continued.

The area was then scabbled back, the weeping cracks chased out and filled with Xypex Concentrate and Patch’n Plug until a dry surface was achieved.

The rebar was then installed.

Finally a coat of Xypex Concentrate slurry was applied prior to the overlay concrete, containing Xypex Admix C-1000 NF, being poured.
